Emmanuel Iyadi, FCCA

Founder, ValueLift. A senior finance practitioner with 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, valuation and finance transformation, including work in PE-backed environments. Emmanuel built ValueLift to improve the quality of enterprise-value decisions.

Connecting strategy, capital allocation, and enterprise value

ValueLift was established to bridge a fundamental gap in corporate reporting: financial information should not simply explain what happened in the past, but guide management on what creates the most enterprise value next. As a specialised, founder-led advisory practice rather than a fund or autonomous platform, ValueLift provides mid-market private equity sponsors and portfolio executives with the analytical clarity required to evaluate competing strategic initiatives through a shared economic lens.

Analytical rigour grounded in operational reality

Emmanuel’s background combines Big Four training at KPMG with senior finance leadership across private equity-backed and high-growth organisations. Holding an ACCA Fellowship and a BSc in Economics, his experience spans valuation, statutory audit, IFRS reporting, financial modelling, and complex finance transformation across fintech, technology, telecoms, real estate, and FMCG. This breadth connects institutional accounting discipline with the execution feasibility demanded by operating boards.

Core principles guiding value creation

Our work is anchored in three disciplined standards: prioritising economic merit over initiative volume so capital competes transparently; respecting execution capacity so strategic plans align with operational realities; and continuously tracking net value realisation rather than gross activity. Every engagement benefits from hands-on founder oversight, ensuring critical investment and operational choices retain clear human governance and transparent assumptions.

Financial information should help management decide what creates the most value next.
